Returns and Refunds

We definitely aim to be as flexible and understanding as possible and will always try to accommodate any REASONABLE requests.

For our sterile products, we WILL only accept returns if the products are defective or ARRIVE damaged within 30 days of receipt.

For all other products: an order number is required when you reach out to us. Returns and refunds are accepted within 30 days of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange, unless there are extenuating circumstances.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused and in the original packaging.

For PMU & Rotary machines: It is very rare we have issues with our machines. Most do come with a 6 month manufacturer warranty but honestly that’s quite a painful process so we would always prefer to help you resolve this ourselves! Of course we will do everything in our power to help you and make the situation better. What we will first need to sort out is if the problem lies with the power supply, the cord or the pen, is clear well-shot a video of the issue. Please also include a very clear shot of hand piece and you attaching the needle then turning it on as well.

Unless the product was defective or damaged, you will be responsible for return shipping costs. Tracking and insurance is advised. Sorry, shipping costs are non-refundable.


Returned Packages (Rejected or undeliverable)

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the address is correct when placing the order and also that the address is deliverable.

A $20 restocking fee + return shipping costs will be applied.

Returned packages will not be reshipped until the address has been verified & additional shipping charges & fees have been paid. It is the customers responsibility to cover the shipping costs for reshipping rejected packages even if shipping was free on the order.

Returned packages do not qualify for a full refund.
